Secure Group Lab is seeking a passionate Sales Representative who will play a significant role in our dynamic team located in Sofia, Bulgaria. We are a fast-paced but casual environment with highly talented peers. The most successful team members are versatile, disciplined and enjoy focusing on new challenges.
The right person for the job will be a results-driven expert, focused on providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails and build long-term trusting relationships
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Present our company to potential clients
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- 2+ years of work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent working knowledge in English
- Good working knowledge with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Good understanding and ability to analyze sales performance metricsBachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales or other related fields will be considered an advantage
